TalentSphere is hiring multiple Customer Support Representatives to join our growing support team at our Dallas-based call center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with job portal services, account issues, and employer tools. If you love helping people, problem-solving, and working in a team-focused environment β€” we want to meet you!

βœ… Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and chat support requests from users
  • Help job seekers navigate account creation, job applications, and resume uploads
  • Assist employers with job posting, subscription billing, and dashboard usage
  • Document and escalate technical issues to the IT team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, solution-focused support
  • Meet daily productivity and quality assurance metrics

🎯 Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly phone manner
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and live chat systems
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
  • Available to work full-time (5 days/week) with rotating weekend shifts

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous call center, help desk, or customer support experience
  • Familiarity with job boards or HR platforms
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus
