📝 Job Description:

TalentSphere is on the hunt for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive growth and engagement across our user base. You’ll play a key role in executing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing user acquisition funnels, and working closely with content and product teams to bring our brand to life.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns for performance
• Develop engaging content in collaboration with our design and content teams
• Analyze KPIs and produce performance reports to inform strategy
• A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to boost organic visibility

🎯 Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO basics, and CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe XD, Figma)
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or job platform environment
