🧠 Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a UI/UX Designer who can bridge functionality with elegance. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product design process—from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life.

💼 Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design beautiful, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to ensure a seamless handoff and implementation
• Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines
• Test and iterate based on feedback and usability studies
• Advocate for the user while balancing business needs and technical constraints

✅ Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and end-to-end product design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and responsive design
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

🌟 Bonus Points

• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions (e.g., Lottie, After Effects)
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (even basic) is a plus
• Passion for clean design and thoughtful user experiences
